This is a well-known and established event in the Baileys Crossroads area for 40 years now. Click on the map link above for our location and directions. Last year’s event was lots of fun and a huge success. We were even more successful due to the support of the local community and our families.
Visitors can buy tickets ($1 each) with cash or credit card. All the food, drinks, games, and beer garden require tickets. The beer garden will also accept cash.
Below were all the activities that visitors were able to do:
- Shop with our fine quality crafters
- Bid on many exciting silent auction prizes
- There will be a morning auction and an afternoon auction. Auction items will be posted before the event, and there will be a Facebook Live in the morning and afternoon to preview auction items, Christmas Attic Facebook Page.
- Pick up something from our grill and beer garden
- Let your children enjoy the many children’s activities including moonbounce and crafts
- Indulge in fabulous foods from the International Food Cafe
- Credit cards will be accepted to buy tickets for food and children’s activities.
- Sweets from the bake sale
All of the proceeds from the Christmas Attic go toward supporting our students and their teachers!
Follow us on Facebook. As we near the event in November, previews of crafters and their products will be posted!! Check out many great crafters from last year as many will return again this year!
INTERNATIONAL CAFE AND BAKED GOOD DONATIONS
Donations will be collected for the bakery as well as the international cafe. Parents are asked every year to donate. The bakery is always very popular in the morning with our crafters who arrive early to set up. Below is the flyer (English & Spanish) with more details as well as the SignupGenius.
Lots of volunteers are needed for this huge event. From setup to the day of the event and then clean up. This is a great way for St. Anthony School families to obtain their service hours for the year! Most of the slots do not require VIRTUS compliance.
Crafter applications are now being accepted for November 2019. Please note that due to the number of applications last year, only artists and craft people are invited to participate in this Christmas Craft Fair. Only handcrafted items are welcome including apothecary, clothing/textiles, glass, leather, metal, paintings/fine art, photography, pottery/ceramics, sculpture, and wood. Please note that only 15 jewelry vendors will be accepted. No food sales will be accepted.
Any questions, contact the PTO at CraftFairSAS@gmail.com. We are excited to welcome new crafters in addition to our returning vendors.
SILENT AUCTION – CLASSROOM-THEMED BASKETS
Last year in 2018 we had great items to bid on once again. From a signed Washington Capitals jersey with ALL the players to various vacation getaways to themed baskets prepared by our students, there was something for everyone to bid on at the auction. We always have a morning and an afternoon auction. The Silent Auction list will be posted below. This year we will have a Facebook Live session in the morning and afternoon to show the auction items!
